Organizational Members

The day-to-day operations of ICCER are managed by the Executive Director and Program Coordinator.

The ICCER Secretariat is the glue that holds ICCER together. Through the work of the Secretariat, members keep up to date on activities within Alberta, across Canada, and around the world. The network is supported through social media activities, presentations at provincial/national conferences, and educational opportunities. Discover our current organizational members below!

is one of Western Canada's largest voluntary, not-for-profit providers of health, housing and community services for seniors and persons with disabilities. A faith-based organization founded in 1945, Bethany provides service to more than 4,900 Albertans in over 100 communities.

Carewest is Calgarys largest public care provider of its kind and one of the largest in Canada. Carewest operates 13 locations aimed at helping people live more independent lives. The spectrum of care is available to adults of all ages and includes long-term care, rehabilitation and recovery services, and community programs and services.

Keyano College is dedicated to providing program excellence and is committed to offering or facilitating programs and services to meet the needs of north-eastern Alberta. Keyano actively trains and educates health care providers for the continuing care sector.

Lifestyle Options Retirement Communities operate quality, affordable seniors retirement buildings. Lifestyle Options endeavors to create and sustain affordable, supportive retirement communities which foster healthy aging by focusing on the strengths and capabilities of each individual in meaningful life experiences through active living.

NorQuest College* graduates over 1000 health care workers annually in a wide range of skilled occupations to deliver front line care. NorQuest provides innovative instructional models for workplace-based learning, and is committed to delivering educational experiences with a strong interdisciplinary focus.

Silvera for Seniors provides safe, affordable seniors housing for lower-income Calgary seniors. They are Calgary’s largest provider of affordable seniors housing and supportive services with 25 communities, offering independent living with a range of support options.
