Embedding Palliative Approach to Care
(EPAC)

 

In March 2019, the ICCER Team attended an all-teams workshop held by CFHI in Ottawa, ON. A poster was created based on their progress in the EPAC project so far.

 

Emily Dymchuk presented “Embracing Our Niche: Improving Palliative & End-of-Life Care in Continiuing Care” at the 2019 Alberta Human Ecology & Home Economics Association Conference.

In October 2019, Emily Dymchuk presented “Embedding a palliative approach to care in continuing care: The ICCER team” at the Canadian Association on Gerontology Conference in Moncton, New Brunswick.

In November 2019, “EPAC in Continuing Care: The ICCER Team” was presented at NorQuest College’s Research & Innovation Showcase.

​

The ICCER Team completed their final EPAC report in December 2019.​
